Add a user *not* bb Install as root web directory has to be the location of bb19c/www (it puts the www there for you, you have to make sure to specify during the setup though) the cgi bin can be the full location of bb19c make make install make sure not only the bb19c and bbvar dirs have the right perms, but also groups and that the webserver can r+x (anonymous) the ~bbbuser/ dir then edit bb19c/etc/bb-hosts to add the right host ./bb19c/runbb.sh
