Windows Hello PIN problems

If you are running a local account and change the motherboard you will need to reset Windows Hello.

You may get a problem with the PIN: This option is currently unavailable under sign in options and fixing the problem gives you an 0x8000016 error or similar.

Resetting it won't work

Try Access Work or School (left in settings - accounts) and remove the other online accounts, then back to sign in options.
