Postfix and Procmail

First install Postfix as the mail transport agent

Amavis-new + ClamAV

Amavis functions as a postfix addon that filters mail through ClamAV and Spamassassin. Amavis-new and ClamAV

Now install Dovecot as an IMAP / POP3 server
