Changing Users
3 -> choose usernumber -> press tab
NB you can program in a 06 number for the phone to go to if the user is nog logged in (eg. Ronald Bax, usernumber 501)
Changing routes
7 - 210 (this is the route number for 010-2382800) - 6 - 3 - 800 / S100 (Patrick Mobile) / S101 (Robin mobile).
The S numbers are speeddials. 800 is the group at the end of the call plan. You can also change 3 above for 1, then the phone goes directly to the mobile. The first number in the call plan is 100 (secretariaat).
Divert settings when not logged in
3 - 510 (usernumber) - 14 - 13 - 7 (insert telnumber eg 0651809390) - 1 (choose 6. other divert all. Default = not assigned)
Creating Speeddials
2 -> 1 -> op enter drukken, select the next one met 11 / 10 en dan met 1 (dial prefix) een 0 invoeren en met 3 het telnr invoeren dat je moet hebben.
The way quick choice numbers (999 / 901) are done now (via VPN) is not stable and doesn't always work so it's better to use speeddials.
Nachtstand
This central doesn't have a nightly schedule, so we don't need to set it up.
Saving happens @ 2300 every night. If something goes wrong, just unpower and repower (before 2300) and it'll go back to the old saved settings.
