Small Business Server 2011 must have DHCP running otherwise it gives an error.

In start -> All Programs -> Windows Small Businss Server -> Windows SBS Console (Advanced Mode)

You can disable the notification for it being a critical error by going to the Network button, clicking on the server and then choosing 'View notification settings' Under Services (left) you can deselect DHCP server.

To start the DHCP server you can click on the connectivity tab of the network and then start it, it will be succesful.

To get around the error that there is another DHCP server in the Connect to the Internet wizard (in getting started tasks):

To work around this you need to disconnect the network cable from the SBS 2008 server before running the "Connect to the Internet" wizard.

The wizard will fail when it can't access the Internet. You will then be able to enter your router information manually in the wizard. Once you have done this there will be a "Test" button. Make sure you click this. This will also fail, but now you will see a "Skip Test" button. Click this to complete the wizard.
