Synergy connects one computer (the client) to multiple computer's mice and keyboards (each of these computers is a server).

In order to start the client in Linux, do:

synergyc -f 192.168.0.39

In order to configure the server (the one with the keyboard and mouse you want to use on the other computer) start the client, use 'share this computer's keyboard and mouse(server)', click configure.

Add two screens: the PC names of the client AND the server:

treske-iii

tripany-desktop

Under Links, add two lines, one to go to the client from the server and one to go back: 0 to 100% of the left of treske-iii goes to 0 to 100% of tripany-desktop (should say tripany-desktop is left of treske-iii once you add new link) 0 to 100% of the right of tripany-desktop goes to 0 to 100% of treske-iii (should say treske-iii is right of tripany-desktop)

OK and start the server!
