To print an entire document, simply click on the "Print" icon on the top of the Internet Explorer browser window.

Internet Explorer also supports printing of only the selected text. To print only a selection, place your pointer near the top of the text you wish to print. Click and drag your pointer to the end of what you with to print - the text will be selected in a contrasting box. With the text still selected, enter the "File" menu and select "Print." In the print range box, click on "selection." Click "OK."

To remove the header (web address & title) and footer (date, time), enter the "File" menu and select "Page Setup." Delete all of the text within the "Headers and Footers" box.

You may also alter the margins of your printed document from the "Page Setup" window. Usually, 0.5 inches is adequate for most printers. If your document runs over to an additional page by one or two lines, you might attempt to correct this by decreasing the size of the margins. Generally, ink-jet printers require a large bottom margin (0.5 inches or more), but may be smaller on the top and sides. Most laser printers may print with margins as small as 0.25 inches on all sides.
