These are generally region free and come with a whole load of apps that are not approved by official Flipper

Flipper Unleashed

Scroll down to Install FW via Web Updater and click on the Extra Apps link. This will bring you to Flipper Lab (best opened in Chrome) and you can install the firmware from there. It can still tell you the firmware is out of date, even if you have the right firmware, but the updater seems to work.

Roguemaster

Download the firmware file and use qflipper to flash

You can use the interface at https://lab.flipper.net/ to install new apps (Chrome works best). It will tell you the firmware is out of date, but breaks if you click the update button. It can take a while for the Repipeox page to display the flipper after you connect, but if the icon in the bottom left is green, then the flipper is indeed connected.

Currently has some problems updating some apps and apple_ble_spam gives an api mismatch error.
